These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Lotury. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use the platform for a business or agency, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

One person or organization may not create accounts to evade restrictions, impersonate another party, or mislead users about identity or affiliation.

Lotury provides tools for discovering, advertising, and discussing property opportunities. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not the owner, seller, landlord, buyer, renter, broker, or agent in transactions between users.

We may review or verify some account or listing information, but we do not guarantee that a user, property, listing, price, document, or statement is accurate, complete, lawful, or available. You are responsible for your own inspections, professional advice, and due diligence before entering a transaction.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Lotury a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the platform. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for backups, legal retention, and content already shared outside the platform.

• You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish every listing, photo, description, document, and contact detail you submit.
• Listings must be accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading. You must promptly update or remove unavailable properties.
• Content must not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or contain malware, discriminatory restrictions, or unlawful material.

• Do not commit fraud, impersonate others, scrape the platform at scale, bypass access controls, or interfere with security or operation.
• Do not use contact information for spam, harassment, unrelated solicitation, or unlawful discrimination.
• Do not post or send sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, violent, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable content. Use the in-app report and block controls when another user violates these rules.
• Do not upload malicious code, probe vulnerabilities without written permission, or use automated systems in a way that burdens the platform.
• Do not copy or commercially exploit platform content except as permitted by law or with our written authorization.

Some listings, boosts, subscriptions, or other features may require payment. Prices, duration, renewal terms, taxes, and any applicable refund rules will be shown before purchase. By purchasing, you authorize the stated charge through our payment provider.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable once the paid service has been delivered or activated.

The platform, its software, design, branding, and content supplied by Lotury are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose while you comply with these terms.

We may review, limit, reject, remove, or disable content or accounts that violate these terms, create risk, are reported as fraudulent, or may harm users or the platform. Where appropriate, we may give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

You may stop using the platform or request account deletion at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will remain in effect.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or guarantee the outcome of any listing, communication, or transaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lotury is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, or losses resulting from user conduct, listings, third-party services, or property transactions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in Tbilisi, Georgia will hear disputes, unless mandatory consumer law requires another forum. Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact us and try to resolve the issue informally.

We may update these terms as the platform or law changes. We will post the updated terms and revise the date above, and provide additional notice for material changes where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
